Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location near Virginia Beach and is directly on the beach, which is a huge plus. The rooms are spacious but need some serious attention in terms of cleanliness and upkeep, especially considering the price. The service staff were incredibly friendly, though we did have an unexpected interruption during our stay. Overall, while there are definitely areas for improvement, the family-friendly activities helped make up for some of the shortcomings.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic with a beautiful beach nearby, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I found the rooms could use some updating, and the dining options weren't great, especially since breakfast wasn't included. The overall value for money was average, given these drawbacks.
The hotel has a great location, perfect for walking to the beach and local shops. The rooms are clean and updated, and I loved enjoying dinner at the Jackspot Restaurant with a stunning sunset view. However, the dining options could be better as the food was just okay and a bit overpriced. Overall, it’s a decent choice but not perfect.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located right off the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I found the rooms a bit stale and in need of some updates. While the dining options were adequate, they could definitely use some improvement. Overall, the place has potential but could benefit from a bit of a refresh.
I stayed at this hotel and, while there were some positive aspects like the convenient access to the Chesapeake Bay and the fitness equipment, I had some issues as well. The rooms weren't as clean as I had hoped, and the bathrooms definitely needed more attention. The dining options left something to be desired and the service was a bit lacking at times, but the location is close enough to some nice spots. Overall, I would say it's decent but room for improvement.
